Domestic Election Observation Events

A workshop was held in Strasbourg on 19-20 May 2011 to discuss the creation of a regional platform for the training of national civil society in the Six Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. This workshop was the launching activity of the elections component of the Council of Europe Eastern Partnership Facility, designed to enhance compliance with European standards and strengthen co-operation at regional level in elections matters.
