Information Meeting Updates
October 2013
The seventh information meeting on the Council of Europe
Eastern Partnership (EaP) Facility took place on 11 October 2013, in the Council
of Europe in Strasbourg. The Ambassadors and/or representatives from EaP partner
countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine) and
Ambassador Luisella Pavan-Woolfe, Head of European Union Delegation to the
Council of Europe participated in the meeting. The purpose of this meeting was
to provide representatives of the EaP partner countries with updated
information on the projects and activities implemented by the Council of Europe
within the CoE Facility, in the areas covered by Platform 1 “Democracy, Good
Governance and Stability”,

March 2014
In regard to the 2014 implementation period, the CoE EaP
Facility recently held the eighth information meeting on 3 March 2014, in
Strasbourg. The meeting provided the EaP partner countries’ Ambassadors and/or
representatives and the European
Delegation to the Council of Europe, with updated information on the
implementation period March 2013 – March 2014 and the thematic projects’
forthcoming activities.

The CoE EaP
Facility also held a Co-ordination Meeting with its National Co-ordinators, in
Strasbourg on 3 March 2014. The purpose of this meeting was to provide updated
information to the National Co-ordinators of the EaP partner countries on the implementation period March 2013
– March 2014 and the thematic projects’ forthcoming activities.
